Fish ‘N Beer {3510 Larimer Street, Denver} is slated to open early this fall and will be a seafood-centric neighborhood restaurant. Morrison and Nichols—both of whom sit on the DO Chef Panel—will serve wood-fired and plancha-grilled dishes, complemented with 15 rotating craft beers, wines, and cocktails.


About Aniedra Nichols

From the front of the house to the kitchen, Aniedra Nichols has spent most of her adult life learning her craft from some of Denver’s finest chefs and restaurateurs.  Perhaps a career in the culinary world was predestined when even as a child, she watched Justin Wilson, a famous TV chef before the age of the Food Network, as he prepared Cajun regional specialties on his public TV show Louisiana Cooking.

Nichols spent the last nine years at Elway’s Cherry Creek alongside chef Tyler Wiard and has received many accolades along the way.
